Fruit Quark with Linseed Oil

Try the fruit quark with linseed oil from Spoonsparrow or one of our other ideas for a healthy breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Low-fat quark
  • 3 tbsp Milk (3.5% fat)
  • 2 tbsp Cold-pressed organic linseed oil
  • 1 spritz Lemon juice
  • 1 handful Fruit of your choice (banana, raspberries or strawberries)
  • 1 tsp Ground flax seeds (or almond slivers)
  • 1 tsp Honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Thoroughly blend all ingredients except the fruit with a mixer or immersion blender.

  2. 2.

    Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces and decorate with some flax seeds or almond slivers.

  3. 3.

    Sweeten the quark with honey as desired.
