Fruit Quark with Linseed Oil

Try the fruit quark with linseed oil from Spoonsparrow or one of our other ideas for a healthy breakfast!
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Low-fat quark
- 3 tbsp Milk (3.5% fat)
- 2 tbsp Cold-pressed organic linseed oil
- 1 spritz Lemon juice
- 1 handful Fruit of your choice (banana, raspberries or strawberries)
- 1 tsp Ground flax seeds (or almond slivers)
- 1 tsp Honey (optional)
Instructions

Thoroughly blend all ingredients except the fruit with a mixer or immersion blender.

Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces and decorate with some flax seeds or almond slivers.

Sweeten the quark with honey as desired.
