A fruity punch from Spoonsparrow is deliciously spiced and warming – especially a treat in cold seasons.

Ingredients

  • 0.75 l red wine
  • 100 g figs
  • 100 g apples
  • 3 raw sugar
  • 4 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks
  • 4 untreated orange slices (for garnish)

Instructions

    Slice the figs into rounds.

    Wash the apple and cut it into wedges.

  3. 3.

    Heat the red wine with cinnamon sticks, fig slices, and apple wedges.

  4. 4.

    Season the punch with sugar, orange juice, and pine nuts.

    Serve the fruity punch in glasses and garnish with orange wedges.
