Egg Punch

Egg punch is ideal for the cold season. With a little time you can also prepare the egg liqueur for the punch yourself.

Ingredients

  • 1 Organic lemon
  • 400 ml milk (3.5% fat)
  • 125 g whipping cream
  • 125 ml egg liqueur
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

    Wash the lemon, dry it, grate its zest and squeeze out the juice. Heat the milk and cream with 1 tsp of lemon zest, remove from heat, let cool for 3–5 minutes, then stir in 2 Tbsp lemon juice and egg liqueur.

    Distribute the egg punch into four glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon.
