Ingredients
- 350 g quark (20% fat)
- 150 g whipping cream
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- green peppermint liqueur

Beat the cream until stiff peaks form. Mix the quark with the whipped cream. Sift the powdered sugar over the mixture and fold in. In four small glasses, add a teaspoon of mint liqueur.

Add a heaping tablespoon of quark on top of each glass, drizzle 1–2 more teaspoons of liqueur, then finish with the cream-quark mixture. Chill for about 1 hour before serving cold, preferably garnished with cheerful flower decorations.
