Ingredients
- 400 g blueberries
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 0.5 vanilla bean (scraped seeds)
- a pinch salt
- 125 ml milk
- 60 g flour
- butter (for the ramekins)

Grease the ramekins. Wash, dry, and drain blueberries, then spread them on the bottoms of the ramekins. Beat eggs with powdered sugar, vanilla seeds, and salt until frothy; fold in milk. Sift flour over the mixture and stir to combine. Pour batter into the ramekins.

Bake the clafoutis in a preheated oven at 200°C fan for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
