Ingredients
- 1 small apple
- 3 plums
- Bananas
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 4 tbsp muesli mix
- 100 ml kefir
- 1 tsp Sunflower seeds

Wash the apple, quarter it, core it and slice into thin strips. Wash the plums, halve them and remove the pits. Peel the banana and cut it into slices. Mix lemon juice with maple syrup and combine with the fruits.

Arrange the muesli mix with the fruit and kefir, sprinkle sunflower seeds on top. Enjoy the Fruit Muesli immediately or store in a screw‑top jar in the fridge to take along.
