A fresh fruit jelly recipe featuring seasonal berries and citrus, brought to life by Spoonsparrow.
Ingredients
- 4 sheets white gelatin
- 1 Banana
- 200 g mixed berries (seasonal)
- 2 small oranges
- 200 ml light grape juice
- 1 tbsp sugar

Soak gelatin in cold water. Peel the banana and slice it. Wash, rinse, and drain the berries; halve larger ones. Thoroughly peel the oranges with a sharp knife and separate the fruit segments from the membranes.

Warm the grape juice with sugar in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves. Squeeze out excess water from the gelatin and dissolve it into the warm liquid. Distribute the fruits among two glasses, pour the jelly mixture over them, refrigerate for 3–4 hours until set.
