Ingredients

  • 200 g Flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 125 g butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 75 ml milk
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • butter (for the springform)
  • Flour (for the springform)
  • 2 tbsp strawberry jam
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 4 Apricots
  • 1 packet clear gelatin
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. 1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a springform pan with butter and dust it with flour.

  2. 2.

For the batter, beat the room‑temperature butter until fluffy. Add sugar and eggs alternately, then add salt. Gradually mix in baking powder, flour, and milk, stirring briskly until a smooth, spreadable dough forms. Pour into the prepared pan and level the surface. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.

  3. 3.

For the topping, wash and clean the berries; halve the strawberries. Peel, halve, and slice the kiwis. Wash, halve, remove pits, and cut apricots into wedges. Spread jam over the cake base and arrange the fruit decoratively on top. Prepare the gelatin with 1 tbsp sugar and water according to package instructions, then pour over the fruit. Let set and serve.
