Fruit Ice on a Stick

Try the delicious fruit ice on a stick from Spoonsparrow – not only a great eye-catcher but also very easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 120 ml cherry juice
  • 120 ml multivitamin juice
  • 1 tbsp forest master syrup
  • 120 ml strawberry juice
  • 120 ml orange juice

Instructions

    Distribute cherry juice into 6 ice molds and place in freezer for about 1 hour.

    Then pour multivitamin juice over the frozen layers and refreeze. After 30 minutes, insert sticks through the center of each mold and freeze for another 30 minutes.

    Mix 120 ml water with forest master syrup and spread over the molds. Freeze again for 1 hour. Repeat the process with strawberry and orange juices in turn.

    Let the ice melt overnight. To serve, briefly dip the molds in hot water and remove the fruit sticks.
