Fruit Desserts for Children

Ingredients
- 4 small strawberries
- 2 Apricots
- 1 apple
- 0.25 honeydew melon
- Lemon juice
- 6 skewers
- 250 g quark
- whipped cream (as needed)
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 lemon (unprocessed)
- sugar (to taste)
- 2 sprigs lemon balm
- 0.5 l milk
- 0.5 cinnamon stick
- 40 g semolina (soft wheat)
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- sugar (to taste)
- 200 g strawberries
- whipped cream (as needed)
Instructions

Wash the fruit for the skewers. Leave the strawberries whole, halve and pit the apricots, quarter the apples and cut into pieces, slice the melon into wedges, peel and cut into pieces. Drizzle all fruits with a little lemon juice and skewer alternately.

For the lemon cream, whisk the quark with some whipped cream until smooth. Stir in the vanilla sugar and grated lemon zest well. Add sugar to taste and mix thoroughly. Portion the cream and garnish with lemon balm.

For the semolina dessert, bring the milk with the cinnamon stick to a boil. While stirring, add the semolina, let it simmer briefly, set aside and cool. Whisk the vanilla sugar into the warm semolina porridge and add sugar to taste.

Clean the strawberries and slice them thinly.

Remove the cinnamon stick from the semolina porridge and whisk in some whipped cream until creamy. Portion the dessert and top with the sliced strawberries.
