Ingredients

  • 2 peaches
  • 4 plums
  • 100 g Blackberries
  • 60 g raspberries
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp double cream
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Instructions

    Wash the peaches and plums, halve them, remove pits, and cut into cubes. Wash the blackberries and raspberries and let them drain. Mix the fruits and place them in a baking dish.

    Whisk mascarpone with 2 tbsp sugar, the lemon zest, and double cream; spread evenly over the fruit and sprinkle with the remaining sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes until the sugar starts to brown. Serve hot as dessert.
