Frozen Yogurt with Raspberries

Ingredients
- 300 g raspberries
- 400 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 50 ml whipping cream

Wash the raspberries and pat them dry. Set aside about a handful and mash the rest finely with a fork.

Mix the yogurt with honey, lemon juice, and raspberry puree. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it into the yogurt cream.

Freeze the yogurt mixture creamy in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions. Then pour it into an ice cube container or glass bowl and spread the remaining raspberries on top. Let it freeze completely for about another hour.

If you don't have an ice cream maker, fill the yogurt mixture directly into a mold and let it freeze in the freezer for at least 3 hours, stirring vigorously with a fork every 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy the Frozen Yogurt with Raspberries.
