Yogurt Cherry Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 250 g cherries
  • 0.5 lemon
  • 500 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 150 ml whipping cream

Instructions

    Wash the cherries, remove the pits and chop them finely. Squeeze the lemon juice and mix it with the yogurt.

    Whip the cream until stiff and fold the cherries into it. Distribute the ice cream mixture into 10 ice pop molds and let it freeze for about 1 hour.

  3. 3.

    Insert popsicle sticks and let the yogurt-cherry ice cream freeze for another approx. 2 hours.
