Ingredients
- 1 frisée salad
- 4 peaches
- 8 slices Serrano ham
- 50 g Feta cheese
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- black pepper (ground)
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
- mint

Wash, trim and tear the frisee into bite‑sized pieces. Wash the peaches, quarter them and remove the pits. Lightly brush the cut sides with 1 tbsp oil and grill for about 4 minutes until golden brown on each side. Arrange the frisee and ham slices on plates.

In a blender combine feta, Parmesan, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice; blend until smooth. Add a splash of water if needed. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle over the salad, sprinkle walnuts on top, add the grilled peaches, and garnish with mint before serving.
