Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- Salt
- 3 eggs
- 500 ml milk
- 100 g butter
- 500 g sugar snap peas
- 250 g radishes (0.5 bunch)
- 4 Tbsp sunflower oil
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp rice wine
- pepper (ground)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions

Whisk together flour, salt, eggs and milk to make a thick pancake batter.

In a hot pan melt butter and bake 8-12 thin pancakes; cover and keep warm in the oven.

Clean, rinse and cut sugar snap peas into halves or thirds. Wash radishes, trim and slice into sticks. Wash some radish leaves and cut into strips.

Heat a wok and add oil. Stir-fry the snap peas, then add radish sticks and season with soy sauce, rice wine and pepper; taste and mix in sesame seeds and radish leaves.

Spread the vegetable mixture on the pancakes, roll them up and serve.
