Ingredients

  • 800 g squid ring
  • 50 g flour
  • vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Sea salt
  • Sweet Paprika Powder
  • lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

    Heat plenty of oil in a tall pan or pot to about 170°C.

    Rinse the squid rings, pat dry, coat with flour, tap off excess and fry in batches until golden brown, turning occasionally. Remove after 2-3 minutes with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

    Season with salt and paprika and serve garnished with lemon wedges.
