Ingredients
- 800 g fresh squid
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt
- pepper (ground)
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 0.5 handful smooth parsley
- Lemon slices (for serving)
Instructions

Wash the squids and pat them dry. Separate the tentacles and leave the tubes whole.

Heat the grill and mix the squids with olive oil, sea salt, and pepper.

Grill on the hot grill, turning occasionally for about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, squeeze the lemon and roughly chop the parsley. Place the cooked squids in a bowl and combine with lemon juice and parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Serve with fresh baguette.
