Ingredients
- 500 g waxy potatoes
- 1 EL finely chopped sage leaf
- 1 red chili pepper
- 3 EL olive oil
- Sea salt
- freshly ground pepper

Wash the potatoes thoroughly, cut into small bite‑sized pieces and fry in hot oil over medium heat, turning occasionally until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Wash the chili pepper, slit it lengthwise, deseed, remove all white membranes and finely dice.

Add the sage to the potatoes and fry together for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve in small bowls.
