  • 2 slices of fully cooked bacon
  • 2 Eggs
  • pepper (ground)
  • oil for frying

Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan and fry the bacon over medium heat until crispy on both sides, about 3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

    Crack the eggs into the pan, slide them gently in, and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes. The yolk should remain warm; test with your finger and if desired cook a little longer. Season the eggs with pepper and serve together with the bacon.
