- 400 g bratwurst meat
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 egg
- 5 Tbsp breadcrumbs
- oil (for frying)

Hard boil the eggs, cool them in cold water, peel and let them chill.

Mix the brät with the parsley.

Dust the eggs with flour and press the brät around each one to form balls. Then dip them in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot fat for about 3‑4 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
