Ingredients
- 250 g cocktail tomatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped oregano
- 4 slices rye bread
- 150 g brie
- balsamic vinegar
Instructions

Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F) with fan and top heat.

Wash the tomatoes, halve them, and place cut side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle oregano, and bake for about 20 minutes until slightly dried.

Remove tomatoes from oven and switch on grill function.

Place bread slices on an oven rack and toast one side under the grill until golden brown. Remove, flip. Slice Brie and distribute over breads. Let melt lightly under grill, top with tomatoes, drizzle balsamic vinegar, and serve.
