- 1 baguette bun
- 100 g medium chanterelles
- 2 tsp butter
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tsp finely chopped parsley
- smooth parsley
- 1 piece parmesan

Clean the mushrooms, cut into smaller pieces if needed, and sauté in hot butter for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Stir in finely chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.

Wash and pat dry the parsley leaves.

Slice the bun open, layer with parsley leaves, distribute the mushrooms on top, and grate a little parmesan over them.
