Ingredients

  • 10 tbsp whole wheat oats
  • each 2 tbsp coarsely chopped nuts, raisins and sunflower seeds
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 apple
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • mint

Instructions

    Crush the grains and soak them overnight in the milk together with the nuts, raisins and sunflower seeds.

  2. 2.

    On the next day rinse the apple, quarter it, remove the core and cut into pieces. Peel the banana and slice it.

    Stir the honey into the muesli mixture and serve with the fruits on top, garnished with mint.
