Ingredients

  • 2 kg oranges
  • 1 lemon
  • 80 ml Orange liqueur
  • 1 kg gelatin sugar

Instructions

    Halve the oranges and squeeze out the juice. Press the pulp through a fine sieve again to remove excess liquid. Juice the lemon. Combine all orange juice with lemon juice, adding water if needed to reach 1 liter, then bring to a boil with liqueur and sugar.

    Let it bubble for about 4 minutes while performing a gelatin test, then pour into prepared jars. Turn the jars upside down, let cool for a few minutes, flip back over and allow to set fully.
