Ingredients
- 50 g Pine nuts
- 2 bunches basil (about 40 g)
- 70 g Parmesan
- 130 ml olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper

Roast the pine nuts in a dry pan until golden brown, remove and set aside.

Wash the basil, shake off excess water, pluck the leaves and blend them with the pine nuts, parmesan, half of the oil, salt and pepper. Add the remaining oil, mix well and pour into a jar.
