Ingredients

  • 50 ml whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp whole coffee beans
  • 250 ml apricot nectar
  • 20 ml amaretto
  • 20 ml coffee liqueur (to taste)
  • 1 glass crushed ice
  • mint (for garnish)
  • Amarettini

Instructions

    Pour the cream into a pot and bring to a boil with the coffee beans, set aside and let cool. Then chill well.

    Pass the chilled cream through a sieve into a blender and add the remaining ingredients. Blend vigorously, adjust flavor with coffee liqueur, pour into two glasses and serve immediately garnished with mint.

    Add Amarettini cookies on the side.
