Ingredients
- 32 small amaretti
- 250 g whipped cream
- 250 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 1 EL mascarpone
- 1 TL bourbon vanilla
- 500 g sweet cherries (canned)
- 1 TL cinnamon
- sugar
- almond liqueur
- sugar pearls (optional)

Whip the cream with 2 tsp sugar until very stiff and fold into the yogurt. Add mascarpone and vanilla, stir well. Drain the cherries. Steam 300 g of cherries with 3 tbsp sugar, cinnamon, and 100 ml of the drained cherry liquid from the jar for 5 minutes covered. Then puree, strain through a sieve, and let cool.

Distribute the amaretti in four glass bowls and drizzle each with 2-3 tbsp almond liqueur. Spoon the puréed cherries over them. Layer the remaining drained cherries on top and fill with the cream-yogurt mixture. Chill. Serve garnished with sugar pearls.
