Ingredients

  • 1 handful of pansy flowers (untreated)
  • 9 sheets of gelatin
  • 100 ml cider
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Sea salt

Instructions

    Trim the pansies.

    Soak the gelatin in cold water. Warm the cider with the lemon juice and 100 ml water. Dissolve the strained gelatin into it and stir in 500 ml water. Season with salt. As soon as the liquid starts to set, pour it into the pre-rinsed molds and add the flowers. Gently drop them in with a tweezers for even distribution. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

    Before serving, break the molds (or briefly immerse them in hot water).
