Ingredients

  • 12 elderflower buds
  • 1 l apple cider vinegar (or white wine vinegar)

Instructions

    Do not wash the elderflowers, just rinse or lightly shake them out. Fill the prepared bottles with the flowers and pour the vinegar over them so that the flowers are fully covered. Seal tightly and let steep for at least 14 days, preferably 3-4 weeks, kept cool and dark.

    Before serving strain through a fine cloth and transfer back into prepared bottles.
