Ingredients
- 15 g caraway seeds
- 50 g Parmesan
- 125 g rice flour
- 125 g buckwheat flour
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 tsp bread spice mix
- 60 g flaxseeds
- 60 g sunflower seeds
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil

Pour boiling water over the caraway seeds and let them soak overnight. Drain and let dry the next day. Grate the parmesan finely.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) with upper and lower heat. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Mix the rice flour, buckwheat flour, salt, sugar, and bread spice mix. Add the caraway seeds, flaxseeds, and sunflower seeds, then stir in sunflower oil, parmesan, and water as needed to form a thick dough. Spread the dough about 1 cm thick onto the prepared tray and bake on the middle rack for 30-40 minutes. Remove the bread, lift it from the parchment, let cool, and cut into diamond shapes when cooled.
