- 600 g flour
- 1 cube fresh yeast (42 g)
- 1 tsp salt
- 300 g Camembert
- 250 g breakfast bacon
- 4 onions
- 250 g sour cream
- 150 g crème fraîche
- Salt
- Pepper (from the grinder)

Instructions

Dissolve the yeast in 300 ml lukewarm water, knead with the flour and salt into a dough and cover it in a warm place for about 45 minutes. Preheat the oven to 220°C with upper and lower heat.

Slice the Camembert into thin slices. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Peel the onions and cut them into strips.

Whisk together the sour cream and crème fraîche, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Knead the yeast dough on a floured work surface, roll out four thin flatbreads and place them on four greased baking trays. Spread the cream over each, sprinkle with bacon cubes and onion strips, top with Camembert slices, and bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
