Fladenbrot schnell und einfach von Spoonsparrow schmeckt als Beilage besonders gut.
Ingredients
- 400 g flour
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 cube yeast (20 g)
- 50 ml olive oil
- butter (for the baking sheet)
- flour (for the work surface)

The yeast is mixed with 200 ml lukewarm water. The flour and salt are combined in a bowl. The dissolved yeast and olive oil are added to the flour mixture and kneaded into a smooth dough using the paddle attachment of an electric hand mixer. Add more flour or water if needed. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.

The dough is quickly kneaded again on a floured work surface and divided into six portions. Each portion is rolled into a round flatbread. Place them on a greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise for another 15 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (middle rack) for about 20 minutes.
