- 4 halibut fillets
- organic orange
- 1 untreated orange
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 0.5 bunch Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper

Wash the fish, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, then coat in flour.

Halve the untreated orange; slice one half into rounds, thinly peel and finely chop the zest of the other half.

Heat oil in a skillet and sear the halibut fillets briefly on each side.
