Ingredients
- 2 Zucchini
- 2 beef tomatoes
- 2 meat sausages
- 1 bunch parsley
- 0.5 bunch Basil
- 150 g grated Gouda
- salt (pepper)

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into wedges. Wash the zucchini, trim the ends, and slice diagonally. Wash the parsley and basil; finely chop the parsley.

Grease a baking dish and layer the tomatoes and zucchini alternately in it. Slice the meat sausages and place between the layers.

Sprinkle with cheese, season with salt and pepper, and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until bubbling. Garnish with basil before serving.
