Fish Potato Gratin

Ingredients
- 400 g fish fillet (cod, haddock or redfish)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp butter
- 500 g spinach leaves
- nutmeg
- 600 g Potatoes
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 100 g whipping cream
- 50 g mountain cheese
- 2 Eggs

Season fish fillet with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Peel and finely dice garlic. Wash, trim and dry spinach. In a pot heat 2 tbsp butter, briefly sauté garlic, add spinach and stir until wilted. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Peel, wash and slice potatoes thinly. Whisk together crème fraîche, cream, cheese, eggs, a pinch of salt and pepper. Line the bottom of a greased baking dish with half the potato slices. Spread fish and spinach over them. Cover with remaining potatoes and pour egg mixture on top. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (middle rack) for about 40-50 minutes.
