Ingredients
- 1 tsp grenadine
- 120 ml chilled sparkling wine
- 2 cocktail cherries
- 1 orange slice
- 1 orange zest

Pour the syrup into a martini glass, fill with chilled sparkling wine and stir with a bar spoon.

Skewer orange slices and cocktail cherries decoratively and place them on top of the glass. Serve garnished with a long orange zest.
