Ingredients
- Pflanzenöl (for the baking dish)
- 800 g broccoli florets
- Salz
- 600 g cod fillet
- 2 EL freshly chopped parsley
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 200 ml milk
- 50 g crème fraîche
- 60 g grated cheese (e.g., Gouda)
- 1 TL curry powder
- 3 eggs
- Pfeffer (from the mill)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C with fan and top heat. Grease a baking dish (optionally in heart shape) with oil.

Rinse broccoli florets and blanch in salted water for about 2 minutes. Shock in cold water and drain. Rinse cod, pat dry and cut into small pieces. Combine with broccoli and parsley in the baking dish.

Peel garlic and finely chop. Whisk cream, milk, crème fraîche, cheese, garlic, curry and eggs together. Season with salt and pepper and pour over broccoli and fish.

Bake in preheated oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
