Fish Patties

Ingredients

  • 350 g redfish fillet
  • 1 tbsp red curry paste
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 2 kaffir lime leaves
  • 50 g green beans
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • oil (for frying)

Instructions

    Wash the fish, pat dry and cut into pieces. Combine with curry paste and egg in a tall bowl and blend with an immersion blender until smooth. Add fish sauce and cornstarch and mix well.

    Wash and dry the lime leaves and beans. Chop the beans. Stir everything with coriander into the fish mixture.

    Shape the fish mixture into eight small patties and fry each for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper.
