Ingredients
- 200 g shrimp (brined in salt brine; ready to eat)
- 250 g smoked salmon (sliced)
- 250 ml Whipping Cream
- 400 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 1 tsp horseradish cream (jar)
- Salt
- a splash of lemon juice
- pepper (ground)
- Crackers (for serving)
- black caviar (for garnish)

Drain the shrimp.

Break up the salmon and blend with the shrimp and 100 ml whipping cream, then strain through a fine sieve. Whisk the cream cheese and horseradish into the strained mixture until smooth. Fold in the stiffly whipped remaining cream. Season with salt, lemon juice, and pepper, then cover and chill the mousse for about 20 minutes. Shape small mounds and place on crackers. Garnish with caviar.
