Ingredients

  • 100 g Field salad
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp shelled pistachios
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

    Wash, rinse and dry the field salad. Peel and chop the garlic. Toast the pistachios in a hot pan without added fat, remove, let cool, then blend with the field salad, garlic and olive oil until smooth. Add cream cheese and crème fraîche, mix well, season with salt, pepper and a splash of lemon juice.

    Serve over fresh whole‑grain bread as desired.
