Fingerfood Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 2 tsp crème fraîche

- 1 tsp finely diced beetroot (from jar)
- 30 g Parma ham (thinly sliced)
- 2 slices white loaf
- 2 tsp sour cream horseradish
- 30 g smoked salmon (thinly sliced)
- 4 thin cucumber slices
- 2 tsp mustard cream (with dill)

- 2 slices mixed bread
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 dried tomato
- 1 small cooked chicken breast fillet
- Salt
- Pepper
- Basil

Instructions

Spread a slice of whole grain bread with crème fraîche. Sprinkle capers and beetroot on top. Layer Parma ham. Place the second slice of whole grain bread over it and cut the sandwich into four pieces. Secure each piece with a wooden stick.

Spread a slice of white loaf with sour cream horseradish. Top with smoked salmon and cucumber slices. Spread mustard cream and arrange dill sprigs on top. Add the second slice of white loaf, cut into four pieces, and secure with wooden sticks.

Spread a slice of mixed bread with mayonnaise. Dice the tomato finely and scatter over it. Slice the cooked chicken breast, distribute on the bread, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle basil leaves on top. Place the second bread slice, divide into four pieces, and secure with wooden sticks.
