Ingredients
- 200 g filo dough
- olive oil
- 8 figs
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 100 g goat cream cheese
- 40 ml cassis
- 1 tsp lemon thyme leaves

Preheat oven to 180°C fan.

Lay filo dough in 2-3 layers, brushing each with olive oil. Cut into four squares (about 18x18 cm) and line small oiled tins (e.g., muffin tin). Let edges hang over.

Quarter the figs, mix with lemon juice and honey. Crumble cheese on top and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Stir cassis with thyme and drizzle over figs during the last 5 minutes of baking.

Remove from tins and serve.
