Ingredients

  • 600 g equal-sized potatoes
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 100 g butter
  • 300 g gravlax salmon
  • 2 lemons
  • 50 g trout caviar
  • coarse salt
  • some parsley
  • 50 g mayonnaise
  • 150 g Sour cream

Instructions

    Cook the potatoes in plenty of boiling water until tender, then peel them.

  2. 2.

    Place the eggs into boiling water and cook for 6 minutes; cool and peel. Cut each egg in half.

    Rinse the chives, shake dry, and cut into fine ribbons. Portion the butter into decorative pieces and refrigerate.

    Coarsely chop the gravlax salmon. Wash the lemons, pat dry, and slice into wedges.

    Arrange the chives, salmon, caviar, salt, potatoes, egg halves, and lemon wedges on a plate. Wash parsley and dill and garnish the fish platter with them.

    Whisk together mayonnaise and sour cream and serve alongside the platter.
