- 3 bulbs fennel
- 4 oranges
- 100 g salad mayonnaise
- 50 g yogurt (3.5 % fat)
- 2 tsp orange marmalade
- juice of 1/2 lime
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper

Clean the fennel (set aside some fennel fronds), rinse and finely chop.

Peel oranges like an apple with the thick white skin on, then slice. Arrange both in portions.

Whisk mayonnaise with yogurt, marmalade, and lime juice. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Pour over the salad and sprinkle with fennel fronds and chopped cress. Serve the fennel salad with oranges and yogurt.
