Ingredients
- 220 g soft butter
- 80 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 250 g flour
- 50 g cornstarch
- jam
- chocolate glaze
Instructions

Beat the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Fold in the egg, egg yolk, and grated lemon zest. Sift the flour, mix with the starch, and combine everything into a soft dough. Pipe oval shapes onto a parchment-lined baking sheet using a piping bag.

Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes, then let cool.
