Ingredients
- 8 fresh figs
- 8 slices Serrano ham (or Parma ham depending on size)
- 1 sprig thyme
- wooden skewers

Wash figs, pat dry and cut in half (quarter if large). Place a small sprig of thyme on each fig and wrap with a slice of ham. Secure with a wooden skewer and serve as a small appetizer.
