Ingredients
- 1 Vanilla bean
- 150 g mascarpone
- 4 tbsp Honey
- Lemon juice
- Rose water
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 4 large figs
- ground pistachios (for sprinkling)

Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Whisk the mascarpone with honey, lemon juice, vanilla seeds, and rose water until creamy. Beat the heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the mascarpone mixture.

Wash and dry the figs, cut them in thirds, and brush the cut sides with honey. Spoon some of the cream onto the lower two-thirds of each fig and place the top half back on. Sprinkle ground pistachios over the figs and serve on dessert plates with black tea.
