Ingredients
- 1 roll of puff pastry (250-275 g; refrigerated)
- 10 figs
- 150 g fig jam
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan-forced.

Cut the puff pastry into 12 rectangles. Cut half of the rectangles with a lattice cutter, then lay the edges over the other half of the rectangles. Spread all rectangles with jam. Wash and slice figs thinly, distribute them over the rectangles, and dust with powdered sugar. Bake the fig tart in the oven for about 20 minutes.
