Ingredients

  • 1 untreated lime
  • 2 small red chilies (spicy, to taste)
  • 200 g soft butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Salt
  • red pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Wash the lime hot, grate half of its zest finely, squeeze 1 tbsp juice. Wash the chilies, cut them lengthwise in half, remove seeds and finely chop the flesh. Mix the soft butter with the lime zest and juice, chopped chili, and cinnamon; season with salt and pepper.

    Place the butter in the fridge; about 20 minutes before serving take it out, stir, and let soften.
