Ingredients
- 500 g artichoke hearts (canned, drained)
- 350 g feta
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch parsley
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch cumin
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- lovage (for garnish)
Instructions

Pat dry the artichoke hearts.

Crumble the feta.

Peel the garlic.

Snip and roughly chop the parsley leaves.

Add all ingredients to a blender and puree. Season with salt and pepper, then serve garnished with lovage.
