Ingredients

  • 500 g artichoke hearts (canned, drained)
  • 350 g feta
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 0.5 lemon (juice)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • lovage (for garnish)

Instructions

    Pat dry the artichoke hearts.

    Crumble the feta.

  3. 3.

    Peel the garlic.

  4. 4.

    Snip and roughly chop the parsley leaves.

    Add all ingredients to a blender and puree. Season with salt and pepper, then serve garnished with lovage.
